Nous vous conseillons dans un premier temps d\u2019en parler directement avec le(s) soignant(s)\/collaborateur(s) en question.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous ne pouvez pas trouver de solution satisfaisante avec la personne concern\u00e9e, vous pouvez en informer le service de m\u00e9diation. Le m\u00e9diateur \u00e9coute\u00a0 vos r\u00e9clamations, essaie de faciliter la communication entre vous et le(s) soignant(s)\/collaborateur(s) concern\u00e9(s), organise une m\u00e9diation entre les parties concern\u00e9es et apporte son soutien pour rechercher une solution. Le m\u00e9diateur agit en toute neutralit\u00e9 et sans prendre parti, et ce, tout au long de la proc\u00e9dure.
