Heel wat maatregelen worden genomen om de risico\u2019s die inherent zijn aan een verblijf in een ziekenhuis te vermijden. Denken we aan: correcte handhygi\u00ebne, effectieve communicatie, veilige operaties, veilig gebruik van geneesmiddelen, preventie van vallen en een correcte identificatie van de pati\u00ebnt.<\/p>\n<p>AZ Glorieux wil kwaliteitsvolle en veilige zorg leveren aan alle pati\u00ebnten.
